DESCRIPTION:Over the past few years\, the Thriving Communities Collaborative (TCC) has examined some of the factors necessary to prevent childhood trauma and build and sustain thriving\, resilient communities. So many things are intertwined. You can’t just deal with part of the problem. And so\, this month\, we’ve chosen to focus on High-Quality Childcare. \nHaving access to high-quality child care enables parents and families to work\, pursue advanced education\, experience less stress — so many of the factors that help to prevent childhood trauma and support strong communities.
